    Which postal service do you use? In Ukraine, Nova Poshta is the fastest and most reliable method currently available to us. UkrPoshta for shipments abroad. If you are interested in sending by some other service, you can contact us personally and we will discuss the possibility of sending. How long after placing the order will it be shipped and how long does delivery take? Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, up to 5 business days during busy times. Delivery to Ukraine will take approximately 1-3 working days. Delivery abroad may take 14 to 28 working days. Please also note that due to the current situation in Ukraine, international postal services may work with delays. How much is delivery? Delivery of shipments is calculated according to the tariffs of the carrier. What about customs and import tax? Customer is responsible for any customs/import tax payable on delivery. We believe in slow fashion, but we want you to be able and willing to wear our clothes in 5 and 10 years. We try to work only with natural fabrics and, where possible, choose organic fibers that use less energy / water to produce and also create less hazardous gases during processing. We love our planet, so we are constantly striving to improve our practices and do everything we can to reduce our impact on the environment. How should I properly care for my NOVE items? To ensure longevity, we advise you to follow the label recommendations. Each garment is slightly different, so please contact us in a way that is convenient for you if you are in doubt.
